
Refund Policy
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and unused items in their original packaging and tags attached. To start a return, contact us at contact@tapthatgolf.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping your item back.
2. Exchanges If you need a different size or color, please initiate an exchange request within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
3. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of approval. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or damaged product).
4. Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on: Clearance or final sale items Gift cards Custom or personalized products
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
6. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fulfillment error or defective product.
